This policy explains what personal data VisibleAgents collects when you use this website, and what it's used for. The data controller is Fidesq Group Ltd, trading as VisibleAgents.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, agency name, email address and your message.
• Cohort waiting list: name, agency name, email address and agency size.
• Calendly bookings: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the details you provide at booking, under its own privacy policy.

What it's used for

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and run the call you've booked, or contact you when the cohort waiting list opens. We don't sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.

How it's delivered and stored

Form submissions are sent by email via Resend to lauriedl@proton.me and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or, for the waiting list, until the cohort launches or you ask to be removed.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set cookies. If analytics is added in future (a Plausible integration is planned, which doesn't use cookies), this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing lauriedl@proton.me.
